Robyn Griggs Lawrence and Sean Cosby founded Cannabis Kitchen Events to share their love for teaching people how to make nutritious, delicious food and feeding them lovingly crafted meals made from the finest, freshest ingredients.
Sean believes the flower holds the power and life is better when fine food and cannabis are paired. Sean has worked in nearly every aspect of the culinary arts, from restaurants and catering to personal chef services. He helped run high-volume kitchens as chef de cuisine at Denali National Park and executive sous chef for a small cruise ship in Alaska, and he taught cooking to middle and high school students at a youth-empowerment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sean moved to Denver to follow his passion for cannabis cuisine, and he's thrilled to be living his dream.
